Those recordings are transmitted to and stored by Microsoft, and we use them to find usability problems.

We limit what these recordings can capture:

• Our meeting request form is excluded from recording entirely. Your interaction with that form is not recorded, and nothing you type into it appears in any recording.
• Elsewhere on the site, text you type into input fields is masked, so the characters you enter are not visible. Recordings may include text that is already displayed publicly on our pages.

We do not use recordings to identify individual visitors, and we do not attempt to link them to your name, email address, or firm.
